Women’s empowerment and gender equity are central to our mission. We strive to create opportunities for women to participate, lead, and make decisions, while working towards a rural society where women and men have equal rights, respect, and opportunities.

We also focus on the economic development of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities by promoting sustainable livelihoods, skills, opportunities, and greater financial independence. Our goal is to help people build secure futures rather than depend on temporary support.
